Betty graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with an Associate's Degree in Bilingual Communication. She gained her experience in customer care and support during her work for major airlines and banks. Before she joined ProfitSee, she spend two years abroad in Australia, both traveling and working. She believes that "service straight from the heart" is the key to providing professional customer service. In her spare time, Betty loves baking, learning new languages, and traveling the world.
